Privacy Policy

FM Kits Hub collects as little as possible. You can browse the site, download kits and use the app without creating an account, and our own statistics use no cookies. The site shows ads from Google AdSense, explained below.
Anonymous statistics
To know which clubs and countries are popular, the site counts page views, searches and downloads. These counts are anonymous: no cookies, nothing stored on your device and no way to tell who you are. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, our own counter records nothing.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to see general traffic: page views, where visitors come from, their country and device type. It works without cookies and does not follow you across other websites or build a profile of you. You can read more in Vercel's privacy documentation.
Contribute and Request forms
When you send a kit or a request, we receive what you type in the form:
- club, country, kit type, season and your note;
- the image(s) you upload;
- your contact (Discord or e-mail), only if you choose to fill it in.
We use this only to review your submission and, if you left a contact, to reply. Submissions are stored privately and are not shared. An approved kit image becomes part of the public catalogue; we do not publish your contact. To protect the forms from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data such as your IP address under Cloudflare's own policy.
The Windows app
The app downloads the kit list and kit files from our servers and keeps its settings and history on your computer (in %AppData%\FM Kits Hub). It does not send personal data, does not require an account and does not collect statistics about you. Like any download, the servers see the request itself (for example your IP address) in ordinary technical logs.
Advertising
To keep the site free, we show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure them, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time through the privacy link shown on the page. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com). Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Hosting and third parties
Our hosting providers may keep short-lived technical logs for security and operation. Links to Discord, X, Instagram, Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee lead to services with their own policies.
