What it does

Everything runs on your computer. You see the converted kit before anything is saved.

One-click conversion

Drop a .ftex from the kit folder (p1, g1...) or a PES texture saved as .png. The FM26 version appears side by side with the original.

See the converted kit on the FM26 player model before you open the game. Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom.

Each kit is matched to its FM club from an offline list of 70,000+ clubs and saved as id_type_3d.png. Orange dots mark the few worth a second look.

The collar is read from the kit's PES config.txt, polo collars included. No config? Pick it from a grid that previews every collar on your kit.

Your signature

Add your own signature strip (PNG, 280 × 56 px) under the kit maker's, or keep the FM Kits Hub one. The original credits stay on the kit.

Safe saving

You choose the folder, whether to overwrite, and you are warned before two kits would end up with the same file name. Your PES files are never changed.

Your language, always up to date

English, Português (Brasil), Español, Français, Italiano and Türkçe. New versions install in a few seconds, digitally signed and checked first.

Questions

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is it safe?

Kit Converter All is a new, independent app and is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show this notice the first time. Click More info, then Run anyway. To be sure the file is the original one, compare its SHA-256 with the value shown at the top of this page.

Which PES kits does it support?

Kits made for PES 2021: the .ftex textures inside each kit folder (p1, p2, g1...) or the same texture saved as .png. The config.txt next to the kit is used for the collar.

What if the FM club is wrong?

Click the club next to the kit and search for the right one. Rows with an orange dot are the ones the app is less sure about. A kit without a club can still be saved with the PES name.

Does it change or delete my PES kits?

No. It only reads them. The converted kits are new files in the folder you choose.

Do I need FM Kits Hub to use it?

No, they are independent. FM Kits Hub downloads kits that are already made for FM26. Kit Converter All is for turning your PES kits into FM26 kits.

How do I verify the file?

Open a terminal in the folder with the download and run certutil -hashfile KitConverterAll.exe SHA256. The result must match the SHA-256 published on this page.

How do I uninstall it?

Delete the .exe. Your kits stay where they are.
